- To match families with qualified, background-checked professional caregivers.
- To compile and update individual Plans of Care.
- To process job applications and verify state registries.
- To communicate updates regarding care schedules or coordination audits with authorized contacts.
3. Confidentiality & Security
We maintain strict structural guards to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your information. We do not sell, rent, or lease any client or caregiver details to third-party marketing companies. Personal health-adjacent details are disclosed strictly to matched caregivers, agency supervisors, or authorized clinical partners involved in your active Plan of Care.
