1. Scope of Services

RLC Unlimited LLC is a California Home Care Organization (CDSS HCO License status pending) that connects families, licensed clinical partners, and registered professional caregivers.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: RLC Unlimited LLC coordinates strictly non-medical support, including companion care, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), light housekeeping, and medication reminders. We do not provide licensed medical, clinical nursing, therapeutic, or 24/7 emergency medical response services.

2. Consultation & Caregiver Matching

All initial consultations and in-home evaluations are conducted to gather the basic physical and social context of care. While we perform extensive live-scan clearances, state registry audits, and TB clearances to recommend the best possible match, the client and family maintain final discretion over accepting caregiver shift placements.

3. Caregiver Conduct & CDSS Statuses

Caregivers matched by RLC Unlimited are independent professionals registered with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) or directly supervised in strict alignment with California Assembly Bill 1217 standards. Caregivers are required to adhere to their designated non-medical Plan of Care.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changing California home care statutes or operational guidelines. Your continued interaction with our coordinators or platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
